    "I unfortunately did not have a good experience. I can't remember who I spoke with... It might have been Nick? I first attempted to contact this company through Goggle and requested a quote online twice. I let about 2 weeks go by from the 1st and 2nd request for a quote. Then I waited about 2 weeks more. I received no response. I decided to attempt one last time, to which I called and did receive a response this time on 12/19. The man (again, I can't remember if the name was Nick) agreed to come on Monday 12/26 at 2pm. He stated that he would be present or it would be his father. I stated clearly that I'm only available on Mondays. 12/26 arrives and it's 2:15pm with noone showing up. I call the same number from before that same day and asked as to what is the reason for the tardiness, to which I've received no answer to this date. Some might say that some companies are closed on 12/26. Well, I as a customer would not know that, since the verbal agreement was that someone from M&J would be present at that day. Had the company been closed, I would have appreciated some type of communication letting me otherwise. This company was recommended by a coworker. Unfortunately, I'm no longer interested in the services by this roofing company."

    "They were recommended by the roofing manufacturer. I had them remove my existing shingles & gutters & install a new one. Their price is competitive. They cleaned up as they removed existing material so there never was a mess. They stand behind their work because I've called Lou/Nick at least three times w questions and they came back right away to answer my questions and explain stuff to me. Great company, great work, great integrity."

    "We had a new roof and siding that leaked when there was a driving rain and the company that installed was not responsive after several attempts. M&J came out and explained the problem and even explained it would likely be under warranty, but we asked them for a quote since we were not happy with the other company. Their quote was fair and reasonable. They completed the job, were professional and did excellent work. I highly recommend them."
