Johnny Abrams was outstanding in helping us realize our plans for a new deck on the house that included a water runoff system so that we’d have a dry patio area underneath. In fact, he completed the entire job including demolition of old deck and patio, construction of the new deck, installation of new patio pavers, deck lighting and even installing a water faucet up on the deck within our time frame and within our budget!! Outstanding people working for him...and he’s already been out to check on how everything was looking/working several months after the job was completed. "I hired L.P. Homes to build a sunroom and two hardscape patios. Johnny was fantastic from day one...he listened to our ideas and brought them to life better than imagined. He spent countless hours working and revising our project. His ideas and suggestions were exactly what we needed. Nate and Tim did a bulk of the work on the sunroom addition. These two guys were incredibly meticulous and took their time ensuring the room was built perfectly. They answered any questions we had and explained the process along the way. I truly believe Nate and Tim are a primary reason why people hire L.P. Milton and crew worked the paver patio portions. They too paid great attention to detail and made sure we were satisfied with their work prior to finishing. We had a few minor issues (completely normal) that were quickly addressed and taken care of by Milton's team...so no complaints with them whatsoever. Our experience with L.P. Homes was fantastic overall considering the size of our project and supply chain issues. Johnny has been a true professional and pleasure to deal with. The only negative side to L.P. Homes is how much money they leave on the table by not following through with providing quotes. I've had to go elsewhere for additional work as a result...and MANY others have had to do so as well."
