About Us
Levin Contracting is a locally owned and operated roofing company located in Rosemont Commerce Park in Virginia Beach near Town Center. We have been roofing in the Hampton Roads area for over 16 years. We are a Class A Contractor and member of the Better Business Bureau. Being a Master Elite Contractor with GAF enables us to provide our customers with the best roofing solution and warranties available anywhere for their home or property. We are also a Tru Slate Certified Contractor and have enjoyed being able to offer an ingenious installation process and beautiful product to our customers. We are experienced in residential and commercial projects of all sizes. We offer unmatched personal service and look forward to hearing from you!

A GAF Master Elite® Contractor can also offer the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty, increasing your Smart Choice® Protection Period from 10 to 50 years and including tear off.
