(2022-06-14) Update: I spoke with two directors of the company who explained to me the economic problem of the situation that I described here and they seemed to me sincerely sorry. They showed me their eagerness to correct this situation. This shows me great seriousness and deserves my appreciation. Thanks! (2022-10-13) Update: In the end, I did not do business with Gouttières d'ici, because the price was clearly exaggerated. I hired a company from outside Saguenay (but still not far away) for about 60% of the price asked by Gouttières d'ici. I also requested quotes from other entrepreneurs in Saguenay, providing all the details on their respective sites, but never received any response from them: Gouttières LF, Goutières Saguenay and Gouttières 2002. The only entrepreneur who answered me is not in Saguenay."

"The company also has "Investissement BFM" very bad comment at this level, bad management, money at all costs, and their employees came to do roofing and renovation, never picked up, shingle nails everywhere. Renovations started for a while, and since abandoned. PS: 3/4 of the positive comments are unfortunately left by employees and/or entourage."
