"We hired LEI to replace our patio door, and every step of the process went smoothly. Alan visited our home to make preliminary measurements, walk us through our options, and prepare our quote. Tom came out the following week to make final measurements, and returned ~12 weeks later for installation. Removing the old door and installing the new one took about six hours, and Tom took great care of our home from start to finish. He took care of some rotting wood under the threshold and cleaned up thoroughly both inside and outside. Before leaving, Tom walked us through the features of the door and the details of its lifetime warranty. Communication was timely and thorough throughout. This was an excellent experience from start to finish, and we would not hesitate to hire LEI again."
"The windows are ok, but not what the installer claimed (the sill is wider, not narrower so you can barely see out AND these let in more cold air than my 35 year old windows in the rest of the house). When they installed them, they did a HORRIBLE job. They came back 3 times to try to get it right and I finally gave up. The trim around the windows was badly damaged and they just threw some caulk in, looks cheap and now that it's been a few years, the caulk has dried a different color. I wish I hadn't wasted all that money! So glad I didn't have them do the whole house at once!"
