Their sales staff support you from beginning to end and the bid was very detailed as to how they put on the many layers of a roof system to ensure you are getting a great roof that will last many years. The crew that came to work were very experienced and a happy lot--they told me they had been together for many years. They were careful to protect my plants and cleaned up the yard each night (my roof took 3 days). I even called the owner, Robert Kulp to let him know how happy I was with the whole process. He thanked me of course, but also reminded me that if the roof ever needed anything I should not hesitate to call.
