"Koch Konstruction is known as a quality company. The office staff are helpful and easy to communicate with. Paul came to the house and gave me an accurate estimate same day. I had roof damage after a snowy wind storm. Koch patched it that day and came back in early spring to completely installed a new roof. They were knowledgeable, professional and quick. The roof was on in one day's work. Everything was cleaned up and it looks great. Highly recommend this company!"

"UPDATE 04/2022: We had Koch Konstruction install new siding, entry doors and screen doors on our house after having them do our roof and insulation in 2021. What a fantastic job they did. Our house looks like new. Paul's crew, Matt, Mandy, David and the rest of the crew really do great quality work and they don't cut any corners. This is the third job that Koch has done on our house and I have never been disappointed. I highly recommend Koch Konstruction if you need any exterior work done, you won't be disappointed! 05/2021: Paul and his crew did an excellent job replacing all the wood, strengthening the rafters and replacing the shingles. We also had them do the insulation in the attic. What a difference, the roof looks as good as new construction and the insulation has made a huge difference. I highly recommend them! Paul genuinely cares about doing a quality job and is very good at his job! 5 stars all the way!"

"Paul came out to do an estimate on the work we needed done, my husband loved him, thought he was very knowledgeable. Unfortunately about a month and a half later we have still not received the bid. We were supposed to get it two days later. I’ve called once and talked to Brandi since, she said she would remind him of the bid needed. Still nothing."

"Koch subcontracted the work without telling us . The subcontractor they used was very, very unsafe. I was concerned everytime they went up the ladder that someone was going to fall off my 2-story roof. Also, they forgot to install plywood at infilled former roof vents, despite my asking them 3 separate times what they were using and reminding them of the infills. They had to come back and do this work after completion."
