"Paid to have my pergola roof and chimney fixed. First strong wind the pergola is flapping in the wind. I can not get Ronnie Allard to come fix the work. Update: After several calls, texts, and finally a poor review and months of waiting. Ronnie has come out and says he has fixed the issue. Says he didn’t see that additional screws were needed. The roof is still making a flapping noise when the wind blows. I am 2 months in from the last contact with Ronnie to get this fixed. And it still isn’t fixed. 12/12/2022 When the initial work was done. I had screws and old hardware left all over the porch under the pergola. There was no apology or accountability. Only worried about this poor review. Hired him to see how things would be for a small job before getting major work done."
