"This business is one of the best roofing companies I have dealt with. Very upfront about everything that they are going to do. And never sugarcoat any thing prices wise. The they are always there when you need to ask a question. And will alway be there after the job is finished just to make sure that everything is right and you love the results of their work. Working with Ethan was amazing. We was working with another company but they wanted to charge more for the roof and then here comes Ethan knocking on my door and told me to call him if the other company didn’t work out. From the time I call Ethan to the time they finished was under a week. They even did our shed too and the other company was not even going to do it. The contractors that came out to do our roof was awesome and fun to be around. They even repaired the plywood that was rotted out from the rain without any questions. They cleaned up fully and even went over every where to make sure all the nails and other stuff was cleaned up for my dogs and my little one would not get hurt."

She took a lot of time explaining options to us and followed up with us through the process. Deric was great in communicating with us, with the King Roofing contractors, and with the insurance company throughout as well. When they got the shingles off, they discovered it would be a more complicated process than initially suspected, but the team worked long hours and took care of us. We even had a wooden step that was broken and Eduardo fixed it so they could be more efficient in the installation. They also removed our unused swamp cooler and satellite dish and disposed of them. There was an issue with cleanup that we brought to the attention of our sales rep, Anna, and both she and the company responded immediately to make sure we were totally satisfied. They even gave us a credit for the trouble. We were overall very impressed and happy with King Roofing and its staff. We would recommend them to others."
