"After receiving a recommendation from a neighbor, I contacted Ben Levy of Keystone Roofing. Ben came out to the property and was extremely professional, friendly and informative. Keystone's pricing was competitive and their product was top of the line. They had the entire project completed within a single day. The roof looks better than ever! I highly recommend Ben Levy and the entire team at Keystone."
"Well organized, high quality material and workmanship, professional workers, pleasant company and staff to work with. Thorough cleanup."
"Extremely good job and customer service. Doug was amazing from the sales perspective. Chris was very thorough throughout the job. EJ was great and communicative every step of the way. Every person I dealt with was extremely professional and on point. At the end of all that I was told the crew will arrive on a rainy day to install the skylights trim on the inside. Didn’t have to follow up - first rainy day and here they were. Would definitely recommend and use myself. So happy I’ve gone with keystone!!! Thank you!!!"

- "Benjamin was a good guy to work with, overall. He addressed the issues with the water stains occurring in one of my rooms and took pictures of potential moisture issues on other parts of the roof. He is also very straight forward with the entire process from start to finish EXCEPT there was a communications break down during the day of installation. I am not sure if I blame him for this or his office. I was charged an extra charge of $1,000 for more material- I am not complaining since I wanted plywood replaced that was questionable- but anyone would agree that any amount above the contracted amount should always be addressed with the customer BEFOREHAND. The act of charge before authorization is completely unacceptable. There is a HUGE lack of communication that exists between the workers/front office/and me, the customer. None of the workers are able to speak fluent English and none of them cared to fully inspect the area for nails after they left my property. I would ADVISE any potential prospective customer to (1) make sure that you ask for a MAGNET to ensure your car tires do not get punctured by loose nails on your driveway or loose nails in your yard (I have SMALL children and I am still picking up nails 3 days later) - this is a HUGE RISK !!! (2) ASK that before any work is performed they tell you the amount first- UNACCEPTABLE to complete any work without the customer’s authorization (3) ASK FOR AT LEAST ONE WORKER THAT SPEAKS ENGLISH . I would also like to point out and say Chris at this company is a true gentleman and fixed the few issues I had from the roof installation the next day. He truly cared to get these small things done and have me satisfied with the complete job. Overall, I am 4/5 with my review of Keystone because I am satisfied with the workmanship of the roof, and the TLC shown by the company to step up and fix the issues the next day that occurred inside my home after the job was done. Ben and Chris are assets to the company in this regard. However, the communications break down, the mess left behind with nails in my yard and driveway, and unauthorized charge for extra materials (which I WOULD HAVE APPROVED ANYWAY) - is positive criticism that I hope the company takes to only IMPROVE themselves."

- "When I first called for an immediate repair when my roof was leaking, Chris came out the next day. Although he didn't bring a tarp, he did tar where he thought the leak was which held until the actual roof was replaced. Sales person, Ben was knowledgeable polite and explained process thoroughly and worked with me to get a price I was comfortable with and within my budget. Having only 12 hours notice for the job to begin wasn't ideal, but I was able to work things out with my work schedule. The crew worked efficiently and clean up was great. However, cable & TV wires were not arranged in the same manner as they were prior to the roof replacement. This is where the problems began. Asking for this to be corrected was an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. Being spoken down to by Steven was not appreciated, extremely rude and unprofessional. I was basically told to call my cable company and after trying to come to some type of solution, I became totally frustrated and just hung up. I would not recommend anyone working with Steven and if he he's some type of owner or supervisor that's unfortunate for with the exception of him the experience with Keystone was good. *UPDATE 10/6 Have to give credit where credit is due. Had a visit from the owner EJ & must say totally impressed. Coming out to check out what my issue was really demonstrates good character & a man who stands behind his business. Don't know how to do 1/2 star, but upgrading to a 4.5.. Thank you EJ for following up and your time today!*"
- "If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Keystone replaced my roof (which included both a shingled portion and a TPO flat roof install), my siding and my gutters. There were different crews for each of the three pieces of work, and each of those crews was extremely professional, meticulous and hard-working. Communication was excellent from Robert (sales), Chris (foreman) and Danny (front office) and I’m so glad I went with EJ’s (owner) suggestion of a charcoal colored roof. It accentuates the siding perfectly. Due to some shoddy workmanship from the company that did my previous roof/siding 16 years ago, I had a higher than normal amount of wood rot to address during the project. Keystone took care to replace any wood that looked compromised or suspect. I had complete piece of mind that my structural concerns were addressed. Also, my previous flat roof was a torch down, and EJ recommended the TPO glue down membrane as a better option. Other than a few days of lingering odors from the LVOC glue, I’m very happy with the results of that, as well."
- "We used Keystone LLC to do our siding. Their prices were very competitive and they are very knowledgeable and skillful in what they do. The sub contractors did an amazing job. They took down all the asbestos and replaced it with beautiful charcoal gray cederboards by CertainTeed. The workers were very accommodating, polite and respectful. Always cleaned up after every day and made sure the place was left spotless. The outcome was AMAZING. Our house looks great. Their salesman Benjamin was a pleasure to work with. I can't say enough good things about him. He really and truly represents the company better then any other sales representative I have ever dealt with.He is very knowledgeable, was NEVER EVER pushy in any way and if there is something he didn't know right of the bat, he would get back to you with an answer the same day. He is very polite, accommodating and extremely respectful. We had minor hiccups and Benjamin tried to take care of them right away. He never ignored our calls regarding any other job related issues we had even after the job was compleated. Thank you for being so kind to us and always making sure we were comfortable throughout the whole project process. You are the best. Bottom line is, I would recommend using them weather its for a siding job or a roofing job. If you decide to give them a call make sure to ask for Benjamin."
- "My husband and I were so impressed by Benjamin. He was knowledgeable, humble and honest. We are so thankful for Keystone!"
- "Keystone was very responsive and helpful, Robert, Danny and Chris were outstanding to deal with. The complete rip and replace roof job along with some siding replacement and repairs were very reasonably priced, the work crew was prompt, cleaned up and did an excellent job. I would recommend Keystone for any of there service and was a pleasure dealing with."
