Thorough initial inspection with detailed description of issues and recommended solutions (did give alternative solution to roof replacement, though I initially opted to replace). Scheduling of roof replacement did change, but communication of changes was good, and I actually had my date moved up sooner than expected. Job was done in one day. Prices seem very fair, especially for work completed. Thanks!"
