  • "Joshua, Tristan and the Keystone team were a pleasure to work with. Tristan was there step by step though the entire process. Considering the amount of jobs they had after the big storm Keystone's build time was still pretty good. I would recommend them to friends and family in the future."

  • "We completed our roof and siding project through Keystone Builders over the course of the last year. Our home is beautiful, and the roofing and siding crews were both efficient and skilled. I originally gave three stars for this review due to the lack of communication we received from our estimator throughout the process and the shock of the final bill, which was over double what we initially agreed upon when we signed the contract. I have changed my review to four stars after speaking with the owner. He took an hour of his time to go over our frustrations. Original Review: Our final out of pocket expense in July 2022 ended up being double what we had signed off on - a huge surprise to us since we signed a document in November 2021 detailing our out of pocket total cost. After we received that shocking bill, it took 2.5 weeks for our estimator to finally respond to us to answer our questions and concerns. In the end, they told us it is the insurance provider's responsibility to update us for over the limits amount. I hate the blame game, but can understand it was not their responsibility. I am still very disappointed in them for not being upfront about the high increase to us. They were at our home several times and knew our family situation, which makes me even more disappointed. With a new baby at home when we decided to move forward with the project, there’s no way we would have done the siding portion had we known how much it would increase from what was presented to us."

  • "We completed our roof and siding project through Keystone Builders over the course of the last year. Our home is beautiful, and the roofing and siding crews were both efficient and skilled. I'm giving three stars, though, due to the lack of communication from our estimator we received throughout the process, and the significant change in out of pocket cost to us from when we signed the contract to when we received the final bill, which we were never informed about. We signed our contract in November 2021, but the work was completed in May and June 2022. During that time, Keystone changed the pricing of the materials with our insurance company, but no one let us know of this change, nor did we receive the updated documents. Our final out of pocket expense ended up being double what we had signed off on - a huge surprise to us considering we signed a document in November 2021 detailing our out of pocket total cost. After we received that shocking bill, it took 2.5 weeks for our estimator to finally respond to us to answer our questions and concerns.
