"Long but worth the read if you're researching or on the fence. TLDR: Go with Keyprime. Right after the conclusion of a major interior remodel it was time to address our exterior and an area of our interior that sustained storm and water damage. The interior remodel (not done by Keyprime) was very stressful and frustrating. We learned for some, a "schedule" does not apply. There were several blown deadlines, no shows, incorrect materials due to communication gaps or no communication at all, lost documentation, etc. Apparently this can be par for the course or so we were told. After taking a moment to recover we pressed on and did some research for who could help with the exterior and saw that Keyprime had a very good looking reputation. They were not the only organization with a good online appearance and they were one of four organizations we interacted with. We decided to go with them and we are delighted to report, our experience was the exact opposite of what we had just endured. Steve made a great first impression and was able present us with our options and formulate a plan and timeline for our exterior as well as the interior. William, owner and PM for Keyprime executed upon and shepherded the plan to completion through every phase. We could not ask for better communication and professionalism. We had exterior siding and our roof and downspouts replaced along with an exterior door installation. After digging into the interior water damage we had to have our entire bay area window replaced and had our wall and ceiling patched, textured and painted in one of our rooms. Keyprime did excellent work and really cared about making sure we were happy, always encouraging us to let them know about things we felt needed to be tweaked or adjusted. Not once were we made to feel like we were being a nuisance. Those who William sent to do the work were very good at what they did and pleasant to interact with. We were especially impressed with how well they cleaned up the debris (including nails and screws) outside as well as inside our home when finished. Last but not least, Keyprime was able to work with our insurance company to make sure there were no surprises left for us to pay for. I highly recommend Keyprime. After going through major interior remodel which was so stressful, it was a breath of fresh air having the opposite experience and more with William and his folks at Keyprime."

"I highly recommend Keyprime for your gutter installation needs. From the initial call to estimate to installation. . . every step was professional, friendly, on time, and NOT PUSHY. They were even willing to match the seamless gutters to the various colors of trim I had from the front to the back of the house. In the front I had almond color gutters and downspouts, near my porch I had a beautiful tan color, and siding matching on the back. Several neighbors have mentioned over time that they wish they had not gone with the local "discount" guy and gone with Keyprime too because their gutters are starting to leak, sag, or sustained damage from the elements. We will be using Keyprime for all future remodeling needs. Thank you!"

"When my wife and I decided to install new siding on our home, we were not sure what type of siding to install. We were looking at both Hardie siding and LP Smart siding. We had several contractors come to our home and give us quotes and discuss the project. Right away after chatting with William, my wife and I were leaning toward Keyprime. We narrowed it down to two final contractors and asked both back to go over their estimates. That is when we were totally sold on Keyprime, William talked to us like it was his home that was being worked on. He pointed out great features of our house, what we could do to enhance it, and seemed genuinely concerned that we were happy with the final project. When the project started, the crews were friendly and worked quickly. Steve, our project manager, was available and answered all our questions. The crew cleaned up each day and made sure that we were bothered as little as possible. They were able to make small changes on the fly based on questions or concerns that we had. When it came time to do an inspection, William noticed an item that was not installed as ordered. Our home had one corner that required a trim board in a length and color that LP Smartside did not make. The crew used the materials supplied and installed the corner. My wife and I did not notice anything, but William pointed it out. He had a piece made and painted for us. His words were "you paid for this, you will get it". Neither my wife or I had noticed this and would have been not the wiser if William had not said anything. To have him go through the extra time and work to fix something we did not notice, is the sign of a professional. So if you are looking for exterior work to be done on your home, I would highly recommend Keyprime."
