The gentleman noticed I had a damaged kick spout off my downspout and offered to have one of their guys come out to fix it. I didn't really expect them to remember or do it (especially unless my neighbor accepted their bid), but the friendly, efficient young man was at my house TODAY, fixed it - no questions ask, no cost, and not contingent on my neighbors bid. AND, he got out his ladder to check to be sure there was no standing water or debris in my gutters!!! Now THAT is customer service, and not having to risk a broken neck from falling off a ladder and cleaning myself has made this one of my best investments! Thank you Keeney Home Services!"

"The work was finding why we had a loss of heat this past winter. They found we had no insulation in the outer walls and little insulation in the attic. They also discovered we had a large cavity between the main floor ceiling and upper level floor which was open to the garage which was open to the cold and heat. This was taken care of so far but they have to come back when the spray foam insulation starts being made again at the manufacturers. The crew that had been working here (Jake, Clayton and DJ) were great. They were professional, courteous, jovial, and kept us informed of issues and how it needed to be addressed. They cleaned up everything at the end of the day. You won't be disappointed if you get them."

"An excellent company to do business with. From start to finish Corey is sales was incredible. He came in for the estimate and knew right away what needed to be done. He got his hands dirty and went up in the attic to investigate instead of just guessing what the problem was. He was down to earth and not pushy and all while being extremely knowledgeable and kind. When Jacob and Cole came to do the job they both were awesome. Jacob knows his stuff and kept us filled in the entire time. I have a sensitive allergy to dust and when I requested special venting to minimize the dust impact Jacob and Cole understood and they had a solution that kept my allergies in check! They just did it no questions asked which meant a lot to me. I had questions at the start of the job and Jacob answered them above and beyond satisfaction. Even better, if I text Corey or Jacob they get back to me in a timely manner with any follow up questions or concerns.
