"We had two baffling consults with their designers. Both times they were very condescending about our budget. The second time we'd been very clear on the project and our budget max before she came out and proceeded to quote us three times what we'd discussed by phone and acted like that prior conversation hasn't happened. It was a waste of everyone's time. We'd heard good things but definitely for your big budget projects. The next place we called was able to do the project the way we wanted (that Kaz said couldn't be done without clearing apart the entire basement)...so prices also reflect the approach."
