"Mr. Ruben at Just in time Roofing, showed up to look at my Roof when I wasn't at home, and made some sexual remarks to my 16 year old daughter and my daughter said he was close enough for her to smell alcohol on his breath. Mr. Ruben then told her that he wanted her number after he was told her age.. he's a child predator and he needs not to be working around the public, and he definitely needs to stay away from children. I'm in the process of talking to my attorney and will be filling charges, and reporting him to the local police and the local news. If you want to protect your business and reputation, then you need to get rid of Ruben immediately. If not the news of a child predator will severely hurt your business. I was lucky enough to get ahold of another local company to replace my roof. I do not recommend Just in time Roofing. Very unprofessional company due to the hiring practices."
