"I wouldn't necessarily call this a professional roofing company, only circus's are ran by clowns.. I had a zoom interview with this company with a resume of 31 years roofing experience in both residential and commercial roofing systems of all types, a photo album of completed work on 100+ square tpo roofs, and explained what I have been doing lately, which was a tpo roof, a metal roof, a flat torch down roof and a BUR tar and gravel roof.... unfortunately I did not have "enough" experience to fill their position, which was advertised as a roof repair tech position that over the course of a zoom call turned into a repair tech position, a salesman position, a production helper position when needed... No, I have way too much experience to be mixed into a f'ing Caribbean cocktail doing 3-4 positions which in itself is utterly ridiculous, then to say I don't have enough roofing experience because I didn't mention what style of metal roofs I've worked on, trust me with 31 years experience I've worked on them all.. this company is a joke, service manager too afraid I'd take his job, felt a little threatened I suppose, so if you have a lot of roofing experience, they are too afraid you might just take their job. I will never recommend this company to anyone, potential customer or employment. I've worked on every roof system out there, from bending rolls of metal into stand and seam back in the day using a break and crimping tools, to leading "Metal" crews on Fort Bragg and Camp Lejeune... Experience? We all over here loao 🤣 I also have about 10,000 more photos of all the work I've done over the years as well as videos.. I'm by far the best repair tech for any roofing system I know, prefer to stick with commercial roof repairs or restorations, have done several tpo roofs over 100 squares in size. No roofs too big."
