"Purchased our house in October 2019. The previous home owner had the roof replaced in 2014 by Joe Miller Construction with a "10 year work warranty", but apparently that's not transferable (which is ridiculous in and of itself because a roof just sits there regardless of who owns the home). We've had two leaks in the roof since we moved in on a 6 year old roof. We have no trees around the house or anything that would have damaged our roof. This is not good quality."
