"I would not recommend using Joe Hall roofing. They damaged my AC unit while installing my roof. The on-site crew leader said they would pay for damages, but then the main office said that they would not. They claimed the AC was installed against building regulations, but when checking with the city I was told that the regulations for were not in place until 2006 so did not apply. The sales manager I spoke with also said that this type of damage commonly occurs and so they have a clause in their contract stating they are not responsible. I would think if this commonly occurred they would be professional enough to recognize where AC pipes are and take precautions so they don't cost their customers thousands of dollars in repairs."
