    "We have been somewhat confused by their service, responsiveness and other aspects of their business. Their crew did an excellent job of installing our roof at what we were told was an agreed upon price. They have seemingly gone back to our insurance company for a number of supplemental expenses. (We have not been involved but have received added claims amounts) At the completion of the installation, their lead person told us that it was straightforward and that they incurred few unanticipated issues. Without further communication from Jeranco, this leaves us both confused and concerned. Their lead had agreed to purchase and install new shutters for us. We've received a few responses on that situation, but no plan or commitment after many weeks in spite of numerous emails from us. Our happiness with the quality installation has faded with these aspects of their performance since that time."
