For your convenience we provide FREE estimates & inspections, flexible appointment availability, as well as home delivery & in-home sample showing. Every roof we install is warrantied in writing. Free from workmanship defects for a minimum of 5 years. With our Leak Free & Worry Free Workmanship Guarantee / roof warranty, It will not leak or we will remedy the problem free of charge. You will automatically receive a free inspection after 2 years to help assure the longevity of your roof. You will not pay for the repair during the warranty period. We will fix it free. "As mentioned on a prior video this roofing company has a reputation of not clearly communicating there requirements to accepting a job at the initial point of contact. That is to say when speaking to clients on the phone requesting roofing bids. Most companies have options to take a job or not. However it is also their duty to take time before making an appointment for a bid to collect information from callers so that clients are not ignored once a visit to a residence has been completed. Be careful that you are not one these victims/clients who are never contacted despite promises made to the contrary."
"I was very pleased with the entire process working with JC&C Roofing during the replacement of my roof. Christian came to our home to assess the job, explain their process and discuss their customer service related business philosophy. He came back again to give us several alternatives using different grades of shingles and discuss the advantages of each. Once we made our choice, the crew and materials arrived 2 days later. The house and landscape was draped for protection and the job was completed in just over 2 days. The yard was completely cleaned up and they even came back a few days later to power wash the driveway and sidewalk. They are very professional and they do a great job.
