"I moved into my home that was provided by grant from GLO Oct 5th. These are the things that were found. Trash, pieces of wood, a stake that was in the ground sticking up in yard, empty bottles of caulking under shed, cement all over the yard. Hall closet doors are not flush, Master bedroom closet doors don't close, floors look dull and dirty, caulking on kitchen counters not complete, paint drops everywhere, gas connector has big gap hole, dryer connector has hole where air comes out and back door threshold is a shoddy job and looks like it came from an old house. These are things I am so worried about. Toilet overflowed the first day, back yard sewer line backed up, It's happened 3 times since. Dishwasher trips breaker and doesn't complete a whole wash. Refrigerator/Freezer doesn't work. Bathroom lights flicker and go out, then a couple of days later they come back on. Living room lights the same thing, they have gone out. Hoping they come back on. The rail is a very shoddy job, boards don't meet, nails are sticking out everywhere. Contacted only the builder first JW Turner. They fixed the doors and did caulking with different color and painted the threshold a dark color! They will not address the electrical issues and I had to get whirlpool to come out for refrigerator (which the compressor has gone). I have all the photos. Is this the house that I should be happy about after Harvey?"
"Brent Richardson was the supervisor at my father's house made a 100% racist comment to me, said he see nothing wrong with my 87yr old black father having to enter his home thru the back door of his house, it was his racist undertone voice and body language sent the message loud and clear, I begin to record him after that statement and he begin to lie when I started recording, all this from a simple question asked was they putting a door to enter house from garage because of his age, simple, my father was unsure so I stopped by to ask, even after his attitude and racist gestures I still never disrespected the guy. I sent email to company explaining what happened and they never responded..guess it's taught there."
