    "Very professional service. Bryan was my representative. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, willing to work to my time frame, always cleared up or responded quickly to any questions or concerns, and did not apply the high pressure tactics normally associated with sales. He presented early brochures and documents pertaining to the makeup and qualifications of the company, as well, information required to help the customer make a sound decision regarding their roofing installation. The Crew came did a fantastic job. Their Manager was on site to talk with me if any concerns arose. And, the one minimum issue that did rise was resolved so quickly it never became a concern. A1 company! Only if there were more companies that took their business and customers seriously as this team!"

    "Using James Kate for our roof was a great experience. Our roof had to be completely replaced after a hailstorm and the company was quick to evaluate and get our roof replaced within just a couple of weeks. The interior drywall damage was also repaired and looks brand new. When we found some nails and debris in our yard after the installation, they sent their crew back out the same day to do another magnet sweep of our yard and make sure they got everything. Great experience! Dylan was great to work with."
