- "ADVISE to have lawyer review all contracts before signing and before down payment is made. We are now out $4200.00. There is no completion date in the contract and Jake push off the work / NEVER SHOW UP. Contract signed 5-29-19 and no call, emails, or text was made until Aug were there was always issues why work could not be completed. Jake was advise not to allow individual to sign any contacts due to mental instability. Family was still working with doctors to get diagnosis of mental issue. (Bi-polar) Jake jump at opportunity to take advantage and make a very unfavorable to the client contract. FAMILY IS OUT $4200.00 AND JAKE NEVER SHOW UP TO DO THE ROOF. IT IS NOT 11/23/2019 PLEASE READ CONTACT COMPLETELY."
