"I currently have this company contracted to replace my shingles and install new steel siding. It is over 5 months past when they originally said it would be done. They never contacted us to let us know it wouldn't be done on time. Every time we contact them, they "look into it" come up with an excuse. Unfraternally, they did get the roof done, and because they quoted it with the roof high and gave a discount to match our competing roofing quote, the only way out of the contract is to overpay for the roof by $4,000. On top of that they would charge us for a restocking fee for the steel siding material (that apparently, they couldn't bend into siding with the machine they have) for that they would charge us $2,000. So, they are basically holding my deposit indefinitely and they only way out is for us to lose $6,000. The only option I have is to wait and pray that they eventually finish the job. Please if you are reading this don't give them a down payment! On the off chance that the owner (or someone higher up than the regional manager, who hung up on me) is reading this, I would love to talk to you, this company has a big problem. I have never been so poorly treated by a company."

"We signed our contract the end of February with the promise of total completion done by end of May. May came and went and didn’t hear from them finally July came and they came and finally installed our windows then a month went by never heard from them then all of a sudden our siding was dropped off with no notice in our driveway where it sat for close to 3 months before they came to install it. Then another month went by and they finally got our gutters installed only to have brand new gutters that leak where they are not supposed to be leaking from. Put in emails phone calls no response. Paid out more than the trouble and hassle of this company was worth and still not satisfied as a customer. I do not recommend hiring this company to do any kind of work for you unless you want to pay out the nose for service that is less than desirable. Customer service could use some work and as a company if you hire a crew to do the work then you need to make sure they understand that if that work takes you out of town then you travel out of town and get the job done period. Your customers expect better from you than this!"
