  • "I love my home good bang for the buck super “cheap” price was for the amount of nicer quality things like granite and ceilings that they put into it just haven’t been happy with the process of buying my home I was supposed to get my house power washed come summer and that didn’t happen and in the process of buying a water softener I found out the builders were supposed to let me know before moving in about a discount they have worked out with Culligan I think because I’m young they didn’t care about the follow through with anything but other than that they get 4 stars because I LOVE my house and don’t ever expect too much from any builders lol..."

  • "The most unprofessional owner. Iowa got hit with bad storm in Aug 2020. In the attempt of being proactive I got in contact with the constructing company to get of information of what I could do to protect the house. Like everyone else, I understand, trying to get after the damages on their homes and businesses. The company, understandably so, had tons of damage, and were also stressed out, I get it. I called him 1 time and sent 3 request/questions via text msgs. They could just politely answer no, we can’t have help with your request, or not answer at all, I would eventually get the picture. Instead the owner, Kent Becken, decides that his best option is to call me and yell. Literally yelled at me for asking him information of the house that I bought from his company to protect it. Zero professionalism... literally every option in the book of how to deal with your customer would’ve been better."
