"We used this company to replace the shingles on our house after they were storm damaged. The roof was replaced with decent quality of workmanship, other than some wavy sections of shingles. But, the main issue we had was they removed our gutters to replace the shingles and then threw them away. Per infinity’s estimate they were to remove and reattach the gutters. I have been without gutters for about 4 months now and this company will not take any accountability for their mistake. I would not use this company ever again. If you are considering them for a job I would keep looking so they don’t leave you with unnecessary additional expenses."

"I needed my roof replaced due to storm damage, but the insurance company had refused to pay for it after a small leak. Derek stepped in and provided my insurance company with more than enough proof that the leak was caused by storm damage, not age and they agreed to replace it. From start to finish, Derek and the whole Infinity team had excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to get my roof completed as quickly as possible, he double checked that all nails were picked up, and even came back to my house to push in some recessed lights that came loose during the roofing process. I highly recommend Infinity Roofing for their awesome customer service and quality work! I love my new roof!"

"I can not say enough good things about Infinity Roofing and Shane Savage, the project manager for my roof. Shane stopped to talk to me about getting me a quote to replace my roof damaged by hail,in response to a call for a quote from me. While we were standing in the yard, we saw a large hole on the front portion above my den. ( I am elderly and had not been outside for the past week due to the heat). He could have said you need to get that patched and left it at that, and there was a rainstorm coming. Instead he sent for a member of a roofing crew nearby to bring shingles to patch it until the roof could be done and he was not even sure he would get my business, but he did not want me to have water damage in my home. He went above and beyond what anyone else would have done. (The adjuster who was on my roof 2 days before never mentioned the hole but he was the last one actually on my roof so he had to have seen it!) I am truly grateful for Shane making the extra effort to prevent further damage. Shane came by the next day with a good quote and to check on the patch. Of course he got the job. He always answered my texts and phone calls promptly and checked on the job several times and after completion. The materials, dumpster and crew arrived on time, and did a great job. They were polite, professional and cleaned up all the construction debris. The roof looks great and I am so glad I chose Infinity. I highly recommend them"

We had hail damage with our roof and they came out the next day to look at it. Shane Savage was our Project Manager and he did a great job keeping us informed, and helping us understand the process. As well as going over and beyond to get a bit more out of the insurance to fix more problematic areas that he saw. Work was done efficiently and clean up was good. I would definitely recommend them!"
