"Attempted to hire Indiana Restoration to clean up after a fire in our living room. I spoke with them on Sunday and they said their estimator would be out first thing Monday to take a look. He never showed up and three weeks later there has never been any kind of explanation."
"Although the end result of our bathroom reno was good, I won’t be using this company again. It took them 4 months to complete a very small bathroom reno. It kept being prolonged because they had to come back multiple times to fix things that they messed up or they just didn’t show up for a week at a time. When they did show up it was for an hour or two at a time. The other issue was that the contract manager clearly didn’t read the proposal we got. I had to stop the workers multiple times to make sure they were doing what it said just for the project manager to say “let me check the proposal, oh you are right, we will have to come back”. We also ended up paying 2000 more than originally quoted. I don’t feel like I ever got a good explanation of what the add ons were for but I just wanted it to be over. By the end of it all I wish I would have went with someone else. It was overall just added stress to an already stressful situation. I hate being confrontational but we spent a lot of money to fix our bathroom."
"So at first everything started out fine however the crew that was hired to repair my flood damage increasingly showed up late or did not show up at all the repairs were not getting done my house was under construction for eight months and all they had to do was fix a living room and kitchen Mitch decided along with myself to hire a different crew to finish the repairs once the repairs were done I noticed some things that needed to be fixed it has now been six months and the repairs have not been fixed there is a raise spot in my floor where the vinyl planking is cracking my countertops also has a raised spot where it’s not flush The carpet has some issues and I was told that it would match my old carpet it does not. I have called several times and got nowhere Leaving a message and not going answered I am very disappointed in the end result when Mitch says like new or better I expect like new or better these repairs in the end result is some thing and unprofessional untrained carpenter can do very very very disappointed and have not gotten anywhere I just want things to be like Mitch told me like new or better. So now I have these imperfections that I get To stare at every day I put in phone calls I wait a week I hear nothing back call the office and all I get is I’ll get Mitch for you really let’s fix this stuff already You have been paid that doesn’t mean that you don’t honor your warranty"
