"had to call the police for stalking, The guy decide to pose as another roofing to gain entry into our property. Edited 9.9.23 to add security cam photo of the owner of Ideal.. So the whole thing including calls were all recorded... This is a warning... he is unstable."
"Called for an insurance claim; I was told they don't come out to look for estimate because they aren't competing for business. Confused by his response i explained the insurance company instructed me to call and told me what to ask.He got frustrated and began over-explaining how i was wrong to do what the insurance company instructed me. He then just stated to call someone else because they have too much business... No problem If that sounds weird it got almost turned into an argument, i hung up as he proceeded to get "frustrated" ...I called the insurance company and explained as he stated "they got too much business to compete and to do estimates.." Even though their website says "Free Estimates" the call was 90 secs of just strange."
"While I can’t speak for the roofing, I can tell you that one of their company pickup trucks tailgated me for miles on the highway with their front end almost touching my rear bumper. Not a mark of professionalism… So I can only imagine what working with them would be like. For context, this is the first & only Google review I’ve ever left—THAT is how appallingly reckless and dangerous this driver was."
