"Prior to purchasing our home, Dustin inspected the roof and provided a detailed report the same day, including images of the damaged shingles, missing drip edge, and other issues with the roof system. Only a few short days after accepting the proposal, Dustin and the crew were on site. In less than 24 hrs the roof was stripped all the way down to the decking, rotten decking and trim were replaced, and a new roofing system was completely installed. The crew cleaned up thoroughly, making sure to pick up every possible nail and piece of debris. And, if that wasn't enough, Dustin made sure to come by for a final sweep. A GAF Master Elite® Contractor can also offer the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty, increasing your Smart Choice® Protection Period from 10 to 50 years and including tear off.
