Unfortunately, it appears we had a tough/stubborn adjuster from Nationwide, and we wound up having to pay for it out of pocket. We had such a pleasant experience and were so impressed with their efforts, that we decided to still use Humbled when we got around to our home renovation this year. Despite a complicated timeline due to our renovation, Humbled delivered. They moved heaven and earth to make sure everything was perfectly in sync and didn’t hinder our project.
