Houston Restoration Services (HRS) has been doing business in roofing since 1984 continuous. We are a full service roofing company with A+ rating thru the BBB. HRS is a GAF MasterElite roofing contractor since 2013 and is very proud being on the GAF team.

- "very unhappy with contractor HRS First HRS installed my new roof on first week of December 2015 used and installed damaged shingles. Called HRS to repair my roof REPAIR MAN CUT SHINGLES AND GLUED THEM TOGETHER, DID NOT REPLACED THE DAMAGED SHINGLES SECOND WEEK OF jANUARY HAD A HEAVY RAIN AND SKY LIGHT DOME ARE LEAKED , CALLED HRS MR. JOHN SANDERS ASKED TO COME AND REPAIR THE LEAK HE TOLD ME HE WILL SEND SOMEBODY TO REPAIR IT. BUT NEVER DID. APRIL 18/16 HAD A VERY HEAVY RAIN AND STARTED LEAKING REAL HARD CAUSING INTERIOR DAMAGES TO SHEET ROCK WALLS CALLED HRS AGAIN 4/18/16 AT 9 AM TALKED TO JOHN SANDERS AND HE SAID HE FORGOT AND TO SEND HIM MY ADDRESS VIA CELL PHONE MESSAGE THAT HE WAS TOO BUSY PLEASE HELP ME , TALK TO HRS MR. JOHN SANDERS AND ASK HIM TO COME TO MY HOME AND REPAIR THE LEAK AND DAMAGED SHEET ROCK WALL. WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR PROMT RESPONSE. THANKS RODOLFO P. A GAF Master Elite® Contractor can also offer the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty, increasing your Smart Choice® Protection Period from 10 to 50 years and including tear off.
