"Our roof leaks and Ariel the owner said that he would be by the next day to fix it himself between 8-9am! NOBODY showed up or called. This is not a 5 star company in our opinion. They did show-up on Monday and did the repairs. I also read the response from the owner and it does not correspond to my experience. The area of concern is where the new roof meets the old "flashing" and this area was identified in April when the repairs were being negotiated. It was pointed out as an area of concern during the roofing process and repaired according to the roofers. They did come out once after completion and said that it was NOT their workmanship but rather a design problem, but after their repair the leak has stopped ?????"

A GAF Master Elite® Contractor can also offer the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty, increasing your Smart Choice® Protection Period from 10 to 50 years and including tear off.
