"At 1st when I posted this review I was taken by the kindness of the staff but when my roof started leaking I contacted the contractor he shows up with caulking. This did not fix the leaks in fact it made it worse. Roof still leaking that gave me nothing but excuses, delayed response time and showed up with more caulking. The decking is not secured to the trusses, miss nails through out the roof, holes are present along the boots of the chimney, vents, skylight allowing water inside attic space cannot say enough about this period their fix was to put a 2 by 4 and raise the skylight which they did not finish the interior it looks horrible! Most of all the roof still leaks! I would not recommend this company to anyone so disappointed. Would love to show the pics but cannot post them sorry some reason! Read your response, had you to my home several times and you failed to correct the issues, never told you I had another company, stated I had inspectors of which I provided you pictures and still no reply. The roof leaks as stayed and here now you are lying and making more excuses, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY"
"They charged WAY more than their original quote. They were very unprofessional almost bullying us when questioning their ridiculous price adjustments. Very unhappy with the quality of the work. So sorry we went with them over the other companies that we’re more honest. They pulled off gutters, bent and broke them then say they are not responsible for gutters. Terrible."
