"Had appointment, was told the guy was going be there between 6-7. He never showed up or got a phone call. I called next morning and was cussed out and hung up on. Response: my appointment was for a estimate unrelated to box store. I was in talk with owner, who told me that he would have someone down to look at it at time above. When he never showed, I called next morning and got cussed at. I know what being cussed at sounds like. Also I would have never even put in a bad review if it wasn’t for the lack of professionalism."
"I had been in contact with this Company since late August regarding my roof that needed repaired post Derecho storm in Iowa. Jason was the rep giving me an estimate on my roof. we had been in contact since then and he had known it was going to be HALF of my roof due to the damage from the storm, we even signed the paper work on 9/17. He told me when he left to call him in a few days to see if he could get the shingles to match mine and to let him know if we wanted to do the WHOLE roof (out of pocket of course, insurance was only paying for half). When i called today (9/24) to find out this is what i was told " I talked to the office and they said we are going to half to pass on doing your roof, its only a half a job and its a liability issue and a reputation on the line. Plus they are really only wanting larger jobs and not the smaller ones right now due to demand." I couldn't believe what i was hearing. almost 2 months now we have been doing this trying to get it done and I'm met with this. DO you think i can find any contractor now to help me due to everyone being booked due to the storm? How is this good business?"
