Guardian Roofing co-founders Matt Swanson and Lori Swanson have collectively worked in the roofing industry for more than 60 years and started the company in 2005. Guardian is well-known for their deep commitment to customer service and team of high-quality, professional contractors. The Guardian team serves thousands of customers across the Puget Sound region and is passionate about helping homeowners make their roof last for life. When customers choose Guardian Roofing, their experienced, trained contractor team spends as much time as each homeowner needs to understand the condition of their home, and the actions necessary to correct the problem. This often means utilizing maintenance and repairs whenever possible – rather than focusing homeowners solely on the purchase of a new roof when they may not need one. "Justin did a good job setting expectations doing what he could to manage costs. The team of four showed up every day early and worked very efficiently. They to pride in their work and we’re taking great care not to destroy foliage. One small mishap with a railing was resolve within 24 by Jose. He took time to personally come and fix the issue. They were all very accommodating and easy to work with! Follow up inspection by Carlos was very thorough and fixed a few over sites. Very honest and forthright with information and his work. Thanks Carlos! Carlos returned to do a finish job on a couple of items that were found. Fast, courteous, and professional. Great worker!!!"
