"Such a great experience with this company! Every step of the process was pleasant! From the informative sales pitch & reasonable quote, to the man that came & inspected/measured our windows, to the installation: it was a great experience. Each time, we were called before our scheduled appointment to make sure it was still okay to come. The men that came to install our windows were obviously professionals that finished the job quickly & efficiently! Would definitely recommend!"

"My overall experience with Greenstar was positive and I would recommend them to a friend. The initial sales pitch was very welcoming and on par with their competitors but Greenstar’s commitment to win the business and negotiate helped us close on new Doors, slides and various types of windows for our property. They beat our multiple competitors on pricing and we’re more personable. All members from measurement, inspection, installation and customer service were friendly. We ultimately had a few minor installation issues that we prompted Greenstar on and within days they accepted responsibility and mitigated the issues no question. Having used other contractors before, that’s usually more of a battle but Greenstar jumped right on the issue and resolved quickly even though fault was questionable (ex. Undersized door frame and threshold shims). Since the instillation, the quality of the product was instantly noticeable. My heat usage dropped over 25%, and you can tell all the products look and feel the part. I would say one negative is the install of one of my windows was a bit sloppy aesthetically but we were able to touch up ourself with little effort. I would use Greenstar again and will plan to do so when I’m ready to install more windows in the next year or so! 4.4/5 seems exactly correct."
