"I called Graves Brothers after noticing some shingles blown off in a storm. They offered repair but I explained that I wasn't sure if the roof needed repair or replacing due to the age. They then offered to a send an estimator out who could let me know if repair or replacement was my best bet. As would happen in Buffalo, a storm happened the weekend before the estimator came out but he was able to determine from the ground that there was multiple layers of roofing and that it was nearing the end of its life. He told me that while repair might be possible, it would be difficult because old shingles become brittle and are more to become damaged during repair. I opted for replacement. They explained all my options and which they thought was the best right then and there. I had an estimate within 24 hours. Once I signed the contract I had a date of installation within a week. They completed the tear off and install within 6 hours. Wonderful service."
