"We bought our home in Ottawa in June 2022. We didn't know the city well and began searching for a reputable roofer we could trust to assess the state of our roof and offer guidance. I did my due diligence and got several quotes. Godfrey immediately stood out as the front-runner from the first phone call with Maureen at the head office who graciously set up a virtual meeting with Jamie, a Godfrey representative. Maureen called with a reminder a day ahead of that appointment and then Jamie took the time to explain the company, the products they use, their safety protocols, and the process of getting a quote and putting a plan in motion. It was clear, concise, and comprehensive. We were also doing other renovations in the house and Godfrey Roofing accommodated our schedule to make things as easy as possible. When the roofers showed up it was immediately clear that the lead roofer, Paul, was intent on making sure his roofers stayed safe and followed all the necessary regulations to work safely. As promised, I was kept informed of what was going on throughout the work and the clean up at the end was fantastic. Godfrey Roofing has been around for a long time, and it shows in the care and pride they take in their work. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!!"
