They went over the whole process and provided us all the answers we needed The roof was replaced on schedule and on budget. I am grateful that they did identify a separate issue with water damage around one of the windows and loose siding. If not identified this would have been a much bigger issue for us down the road. They provided us separate options/price for correcting the issue and because they were so effortless to work with it was an easy decision to have them do the work.
