"I wish i could give Gen 3 a positive rating and would have up until these last monsoon rain storms. Unfortunately they did not install the flashing correctly to divert water away from a wall and it has now flooded our laundry room three times. I called Kyle and sent him a few emails. He and one of his guys came out and agreed that it was not installed correctly and said they would fix it. A few days went by with no fix and no contact from Kyle so last Sunday 7/18 I sent him another email and said we are expecting more heavy rains. No response from Kyle and now last night 7/22 the rain flooded my laundry room again. I now have water damage that we need to fix and still no call from Gen 3."
