Customer Reviews

"Very sketchy experience. Stay away. My iron stairs are starting to rust, so filled a request/notice with HOA requesting review and painting if warranted. All the contractor did was look at it and say it was fine and charge me $150. Which clearly by this photo it is not. See below for full correspondence. The wrought iron railing on the concrete steps leading up to my unit is starting to rust and leave rust stains on my concrete steps. Per review of the maintenance responsibility checklist the metal railings are the responsibility of the HOA. Can you please review and fix/paint as necessary. Before the metal railing deteriorates. 2/7/23 Drove to work site. Observed discoloration on concrete steps. Railing itself is in fine condition. No visible signs of railing deterioration. Railing is sturdy and securely installed on steps."

"I took on a large remodel project in the midst of the pandemic and Joe and the Gassen team were fantastic! I was amazed and the breadth of their expertise and their ability to cover both interior and exterior construction, design, and finishing. And I was very pleased at the project coordination; I had a lot of moving parts and any issues, changes, or roadblocks were handled quickly! The team even handled unexpected hail damage and an insurance claim and didn’t miss a beat. I would definitely recommend working with Gassen!"
