"I am not sure if I would do that! My old roof of 16+ years never leaked. My new roof leaked in the ceiling of my great room in less than 2 months.Yes. Frederick's has hopefully fixed the leak and now my ceiling will need to repaired. But it is like closing the barn door after the cows are outside the barn. For the lack of application of a small amount of silican caulk around my new furnace flue pipe I experienced a water intrusion issue."
