"Had a great experience working with Fraser Roofing! Eric Rice, of Fraser was super to work with. Initially, in investigating the level of damage from a storm, Fraser provided excellent assessment support and preparation, in advance of me deciding to file a claim and contacting my home insurance provider. As the process progressed, Fraser continued their support to help represent my property as a subject matter expert in the multiple exchanges with our insurance provider, who was reluctant initially on the claim. Very pleased with their honest support and knowledgeable counsel and reliable commitment to me as I advanced a claim for roof damage, from initial denial to finally acceptance of the claim, and ultimately to full roof replacement and project closeout. Once the claim was accepted and established, Fraser provided me with excellent array of choices before we decided on particulars. All my concerns with the proposed work and materials were readily addressed with no pressure. Once set, the crew came on the date agreed and performed the install in one day. Communication during the process was great, and we always felt that Fraser was fully committed to our roofing needs as the work proceeded, not just prior to the contract. I especially appreciated the efforts to keep me apprised while work was progressing using quality drone photography and a repository of photos So overall, I give Fraser 5 stars for a great experience and great final product! "Fraser was very professional, Jason walk around the perimeter of my home and showed were a few shingles had come. Then inspection the whole and photo the damage areas and presented photos of the areas that need repaired. Jason provide me with a detail invoice of needed to be. Jason return and did an excellent job. I would hire them to do more work for and highly recommend them to any to work on their roof🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟"
