    "It was 7 am Christmas morning when my friend and tenant in the Drake neighborhood called me in tears, saying it was raining in their apartment. The original bathroom above had a pipe that had frozen and then burst. After coaching about shutting the water off to the 1906 house, I called First Call and thankfully one of the owners answered. The tenants cleaned up all the water on the oak floors and First Call came out the next morning to begin with fans and dehumidifiers, then followed with selective demolition. They were great! John Koester became the project manager and thoughtfully and thoroughly worked to preserve the original historic qualities of the interior. We very much appreciate the work done by all of them."

    "This company did a great job doing a 'rebuild' in our basement. Jenny, the project manager was super to work with! From the start, as we discussed the situation and developed a plan, she was very knowledgeable about what would need to be done. She was always clear and concise in explaining things and would let us know who would be doing the work and when they would be coming to do it. She would send a text every day to let me know who was coming and then would come by herself to make sure that they had what they needed to do the work. She is very good at managing her team! Ryan, did the drywall work and replaced the trim and did an excellent job! Emily came and did a very neat/clean job with the painting as well! Both were very professional and easy to work with, and great about letting us know what they were doing. We really appreciated the great communication with everyone and their professional job that was done by all. Would highly recommend!!"
