  • "Poor communication and extremely rude lady who was supposed to be "the manager" that they put me in touch with when I was attempting to get things straightened out. After confirming the start date THREE TIMES with the technician they sent out, nobody showed up. When I called to check on it they said they hadn't even written up a quote yet. So already 6 days has gone by since the tech came out and it's now a day passed the time guaranteed work would be completed and they tell me that they don't even have a quote ready yet. So they say they'll call me the next day with the quote as well as send to my email....wrong again. I called them back at end of business and was told they would have it the following day....wrong again (that was yesterday). So I called back today and that's when they transfer me to this manager lady who says it'll be a few more days. When I asked her why they told me this would be done 3 days ago she tells me that they didn't. I attempted to explain my conversations I had with the technician and the people I've been talking to on the phone the past several days and she would so rudely cut me off and say that I needed to "hush and listen".... Seriously, she did that 3 times. I was in total shock. I eventually just thanked her for her time and told her that I would not be needing their services....ever."

  • "Unable to provide a good review or even recommend this service after a very bad experience getting charged for for a service that was never provided. Despite the fact they offer free quotes on their website. My father got a guesstimate over the phone for an installation of a brand new Nest thermostat; when the technician reviewed the AC unit setting, he determined that the installation could not be completed without an extensive rewiring job that was going to increase the original $108.00 quote my father got over the phone; my father declined further work at that point, but since the technician didn't know if there was an actual charge for the visit or not, my father gave him a check for the original agreed amount so he could verify with his office. The office followed up with my dad to tell him that he was going to get charged $75.00 for the visit, even if there was no actual service performed; however, he was never made aware of this before hand when he got the estimate over the phone as the agreed price was for an actual installation tthat never took place. Very deceptive practice when all the local competition services offer free quotes so you can make a decision once they actually do the inspection...never again"
