"Be aware of what you signed, the verbal explanation does not reflect what is on the paper, they over price your insurance company by a lot, plus your deductible thank you. I paid $59.000 to replace a roof in a 3/2 house. Made some promises verbally they never made good. Will use the lien card against your property, even before sending you their invoices, Not very professional, and do not waist your time writing the CEO, you will be wasting your time. The roof looks good, just like the house next door, however he paid $28,000, just $30.000 cheaper, however their job is much superior lol. BE AWEARE. I see many poor reviews, all of them have some type of excuse, that should tell you something about the company, no a single one had apologies, is always the customer who is wrong. BE AWARE. My insurance paid the over price, they told me if there was enough money they would paint my house. There was a lot money based on the over price paid, however never honoredit. The others estimates, you can come see them if you see a $30.000 difference, the attorney fees were $18.000. Total cost $58.000 plus $18.000 a very expensive roof, could not paint the house $2700"
