"I'm unhappy with Ethos, and Dean is my representative. I reached out to him back in this May because of hail damage. Dean came to inspect my house. I even recommended him to at least six friends who had hail damage. We then started the process of filing an insurance claim and inspecting the windows. When I got the check from insurance company, I called him immediately. No response, and I try to call him a lot of times, finally, I got the call back. and he told me they need to schedule 2 windows company for inspection the windows. After that, I was waiting for him to report to the insurance company. I tried calling him after a few days, and he said he already reported to the insurance company(August). He mentioned we should wait a few more weeks. However, after a month, I tried calling him again, but there was no response. It's been half a year now. I've been trying to reach him through calls, texts, and emails, but I haven't received any response. I don't know when the work on my roof will be finished. I'm also unsure if I should look for a different company. It seems like he isn't interested in our business, and I'm starting to doubt their customer service. I never felt they have customer service. It’s unprofessional. I never see any company like this."
"Very helpful and professional - highly recommend! Sam's team replaced my neighbor's roof due to hail damage. While he was on site, I asked if he could check my roof for damage. In surveying the roof, he noticed that the sealant on my chimney was failing. He filled in the sealing free of charge and told me that he didn't see any hail damage to my roof that required filing a claim. The team was also very professional and considerate while replacing my neighbor's roof. I was impressed and would definitely hire them in the future!"
