    "Erick and his crew were very responsive to our needs. We contracted them to build steps and patio slab to our current deck. The work turned out just beautiful and matched our current deck perfectly; we really love our steps and patio. The crew were timely, neat and orderly.     "Erick Anthony was recommended by a friend and we saw all the good reviews so we contacted him but had nothing but trouble from the very beginning. He came out to get an estimate and we had to keep calling him to finally get him to send us the email with the estimate. After we accepted the contract and work we had to constantly call and ask him when work would begin. Often times we would call or text and not hear back for days. When his crew finally showed up to work they took longer than he said they would and couldn’t find the correct materials for our siding to match so we told him we would have his crew come back for a big full exterior paint project and some other exterior projects. We also had them rip out our old back French doors and replace them and when the crew FINALLY came to do the work they didn’t even have any hardware or locks so we had a rag as a door handle and lock for two days until they got the smart locks we were supposed to have installed from the very beginning. It took months before we were able to finally get him to come back out to get the bid for a big deck replacement, front storm door repair, full exterior siding and trim painting (to get our siding color they installed to match the rest of the house), a floating front porch above old concrete one, construct an awning above front door, interior kitchen remodel and repairs, and some other small improvements. It has now been over a month since he was out with another guy to take pics and measurements for the estimate and we have yet to hear anything. Since then, Erick has been on a cruise and posts pictures and videos of other projects his crew has completed but still no word about anything for us. We have written him off and will not continue to work with him. I absolutely DO NOT recommend Erick Anthony for anything. His UNPROFESSIONALISM and EXTREMELY POOR COMMUNICATION is a major fault that needs some serious improvement."

    "Eric was recommended by a family member after he put a beautiful new deck in for her, he responded quickly when I called him and was able to look at the job shortly after. He repaired the stairs off my deck and re enforced the deck floor. My stairs are rock solid now, he and his crew did a great job, they even fixed a window shutter on the front of my house that was loose without me asking. I would highly recommend Eric for any repairs you may need and plan to use him repairs I may need in the future! Great guy to work with, 5 plus stars!!!"
