"BEWARE!!!! With this company! THE CUSTOMER IS NEVER RIGHT! They made what should have been an exciting event a total nightmare! They took their time and questioned our requests at every turn, the only thing they did quickly was deposit the checks when a payment was due! They left material behind that should have been disposed of accordingly! They don’t communicate well and apparently don’t know what pen and paper are! Thank goodness we had texts and emails or we’d still be living this nightmare! They supposedly have a lifetime warranty on their work but want to hem and haw about correcting a problem. Who charges a thousand dollars to replace a door (that we purchased) with an existing door? I can go on and on but to be honest I want to forget this company even exists!"
"Parents used them to remodel two bathrooms. Blamed covid for poor craftsmanship. Failed to guarantee or correct work after completion. Shirked responsibility. Beware. Edit (to Owner's reply): Oh. That's hilarious. Not only do they shirk responsibility, they like to lie as well. They contacted this company and was instructed them to contact the subcontractor. When they did, subcontractor told them he moved to California. Bold claim to say that you have "industry leading warranty" in a big industry such as this one. So that's another lie. You and your company is good at that, lying. Again, beware of this company."
