"Roof replacement was done. Your crew was amazing. Please pass along our appreciation to them. The roof looks great! Thanks everyone. Solar was installed without any major issues, and once again their guts were fantastic. We did have to wait for a replacement part before they could function though. There was some disappointment with how long it took to get the battery installed and the inspection done. It felt like we got some push back on the battery. We got asked several times why we needed it. Also was told it's a 2 hour drive to get to us and it just made me feel a little like they would get to us when they get to us because of how far away we are. Overall I'm glad we did it, but some of the communication dropped off after the roof and panels were installed."

A GAF Master Elite® Contractor can also offer the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty, increasing your Smart Choice® Protection Period from 10 to 50 years and including tear off.
